Buildings on campus are maintained by the campus Facilities Management group. Our department's facilities manager will coordinate building services with the campus facilities management group. If you notice a building issue, please report it to firstname.lastname@example.org. This includes structural damage, water issues, lights out, problems with doors, problems with elevators, inclement temperature in rooms, furniture problems, strange noises, etc. Please note that the campus facilities management group has limited staffing for such a large campus. It may take a bit of time for someone to make it over to address your problem. You may contact email@example.com to check on the status of any of your problem reports.
If there is a need to do any modifications to rooms in the building, the CSE department facilities manager can assist with the work or coordinate contractors to come in to make the necessary modifications.
