Staff and Student Recruitment
The process of recruiting staff and student employees at UCSD differs significantly depending upon the type of employee you need, the duration of the appointment, and the percent-time the employee will work. The resources linked below are meant to provide some general guidance on the best course of action to take for different hiring scenarios. As a full recruitment can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks (or more) to complete, we recommend that you consult with CSE's Human Resources Coordinator as soon as you have identified a need for an employee.
