The CSE department has a number of conference rooms available for group meetings. These conference rooms are listed below with links for you to view their schedules. You will need to provide your CSE user name and password to access the schedules via these links.

Rooms 1202 and 4140 are the most in demand for departmental activities, and so for now they can only be reserved via email to email@example.com. To make a reservation for one of the other conference rooms, please use the Google calendar system. Google help.
A reservation that does not meet departmental policy may be canceled.
Room Reservation Policy
All CSE conference rooms are available for committee and departmental meetings, seminars and events. No academic classes of any kind may be reserved in these rooms at any time, with the exception of research meetings and the following departmental seminars: CSE 87, CSE 91, CSE 229, CSE 292, CSE 294 and CSE 599.
- All regularly scheduled CSE courses will continue to be scheduled by Student Affairs staff, in classrooms available on general campus – without exception.
- Student Affairs Staff will work with instructors to schedule CSE 87, CSE 91, CSE 229, CSE 292, CSE 294 and CSE 599 in the most suitable conference room available in the CSE building.
