Cost of Study

Fees for the academic year for California residents, Non-California residents and international students; and an estimated Undergraduate budget for the academic year, which also includes additional fees such as books, supplies, room and board, and transportation, can be found at the UCSD Office of Registrar web site.

Housing Costs

On-campus housing spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

A wide variety of housing is also available off-campus. The cost of off-campus varies dramatically, and it can be difficult to find suitable housing during certain times of the year, especially September. Students should make their housing arrangements well in advance of the start of the school year.
